On-Site Standard Programs: Flat Fee Schedule

While we can and do provide customized engagements over a period of time, we also offer two standard programs, at all-inclusive set fees:
  • Standard 2-1/2 DAY Program, $14,500* 
  • Standard ONE WEEK Program, $21,500*​

​*All-inclusive set fees anywhere in North America include: professional fees for both principals for their advance preparation plus time on-site, plus all costs of travel, meals and lodging. Payment plans are available. 


​What is usually included in these On-Site Standard Programs?

Standard 2-1/2 DAY Program
  • A focus on your competitive edge starts with objective assessment of your operation from our Strategic Retailing perspective, which can include (but not be limited to): 
    • our 25-item evaluation and rating of your store(s) and your competitors' stores;
    • Key Ratio analysis;
    • Integrated Retail Financial and Cash Flow Projection of your current operation;
    • review of your customer base and market opportunity;
    • interviews with senior management and staff.  
  • An overview of the opportunities/choices available to you for going forward (e.g., the pros and cons, which we recap as “Door A, Door B, Door C”)​ ​
    ​
Standard ONE WEEK Program
  • ALL of the above (the Standard 2-1/2 DAY Program), plus
  • Developing consensus of the Owner(s) re the goals and priorities for the business
  • Sophisticated retail financial modeling involving all of the key stakeholders
  • Developing with the Owners a strategic plan for achieving those objectives, succinctly summarized in our unique "What To Do • Why? • How and When?" format.
