Patricia M. Johnson has been involved professionally with strategic marketing and financial analysis for over 30 years. She is a graduate of Whitman College.
Prior to founding her own strategic planning consulting practice, she was an officer of a national bank, and director of the news service of a small college. She also has served as a trustee of an independent K-8 school in Seattle.
She has been a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) through the Institute of Management Consultants, and a member of the National Retail Federation. She also is Co-Founder of The Retail Owners Institute®.

Dick Outcalt
Richard F. Outcalt has been a national consultant for retail financial management and planning for more than 30 years. He was an executive for a national department store organization, as well as the owner/operator of three independent specialty stores.
A graduate of Duke University, he earned an MBA in retailing from the University of Pittsburgh.
He has served as president of both the Foundation for Private Enterprise Education and the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants, as well as a national board member of IMC. He has been a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) by the Institute of Management Consultants, and a member of the National Retail Federation. He also is a Co-Founder of The Retail Owners Institute®.
